After years of working in publishing, editing other people’s words, I finally got quiet enough to listen to my own. I write stories about transformation, identity, longing. The hidden lives we carry and the versions of ourselves we don’t always know how to become. My characters tend to walk that edge between control and surrender, which, if I’m honest, is something I’m always exploring too.
I live in the Northeast with my lovely greyhound Marigold and more notebooks than I care to admit. I write most mornings with a cup of black coffee and a firm belief that beauty can be its own kind of truth.
