Overview: Sharon N. Farber (born 1952) is an American speculative-fiction writer best known for her science-fiction, fantasy, and dark-fantasy short stories, many published under the pen name S. N. Dyer. Her work often blends psychological insight with supernatural or speculative elements, most notably in The July Ward, a medically grounded ghost-story novella that earned a Nebula Award nomination, and in Return of the Dust Vampires, a World Fantasy Award finalist.
