Overview: Isekai occurrences are a dime a dozen, and Matt found himself in the same boat. Following a swift and easily resolved misunderstanding with a system assistant that resembled a truck, he gets whisked away to Gaia, a celestial garden. The truck AI assures him this is a perfect match. And truth be told, it might have been, except Gaia resembles more of a desolate, scorched expanse, void of any signs of life.
Equipped with all the perks granted by the system, typical for a LitRPG Isekai protagonist, Matt’s only snag is that he’s fashionably late for the party. Those advantages won’t be of much use in a place where hunger gnaws at his insides and he’s traversing a sanitized, monotonous wasteland that remains largely apathetic to his improved stats. His quest? To locate a system-issued guardian, a quest that might very well be a wild goose chase. Can he outlast a planet that couldn’t even outlast itself?
