Overview: It’s time to do something to help. The Scare Care Trust was established by Graham Masterton, Wiescka Masterton, Julie Cox. and Simon Carpenter in an effort to do just that. Help by raising money for children’s charities that care for abused and needy children.
The Trust’s first project is this book. Scare Care, an anthology of THIRTY-EIGHT excellent, hair-raising horror stories by some of the best horror and suspense writers working today. With few exceptions the stories in Scare Core are-brand-new, written specifically for this volume. All profits derived from the sale of this book (including fees normally paid to writers, editor, and cover artist) will be donated to the Trust – and then distributed to children’s charities in the United States.
The stories in Scare Care, though some address children and children’s fears, do not exploit abused children. Our aim is to entertain – and frighten – not titillate.
