Overview: The Incomplete
I was born a Strigaix, a creature of wealth and excess who feeds on the blood of others to sustain the light within my veins. My legal designation is The Blood Manipulator, a power I use to fake homeostasis until my cure reveals herself. I watch and I wait for the woman who will save me, even if it means making a deal with a god of nightmares to return the beating of my heart to its former state. For nothing shall stand in the way of completing our Bond.
The Musician
I have no name and I have no past. All that exists is my violin. On a sunless planet that I know not to be mine, I play and I sing. Each song a prayer that I may fade into nothingness. They call me a flower, a tribute, but I am nothing but the musician.
Underneath a crystal garden with the moon shining above The Musician sends The Incomplete on a quest for a magical violin that can make the flowers weep, sparking her own journey for survival in the courts of the Strigaix. Yet freedom is only a dream, for everyday The Incomplete appears as a waking nightmare, seducing her into a future she longs to escape.
Perfect for fans of Tanith Lee and early 2000s dark shoujo manga/anime like Vampire Knight and Wolf’s Rain.
