Overview: Things are not going well for Daniel. His career and personal life are crumbling around him and when summer arrives, the oppressive heat intensifies his frustrations. As Daniel’s despair worsens his sensitivity to the noise of the city increases. While searching through his storage locker for another knickknack to sell online, Daniel happens upon his grandfather’s old hunting rifle and seizes upon an opportunity for retribution. Directing his rage on a gang of rowdy skateboarders who frequently practice their stunts outside his apartment window, Daniel sets in a motion a murderous plan but when it comes time to act, the results are not quite what he expects. His life, and in some measure his soul, are saved by a curious animal, but redemption is short lived.
