But the Lord had a plan that Satan did not anticipate: hiding in the DNA of mankind, a few humans possess the genes of the Nephilim, demi-angel supermen. Just before He was blocked from the Earth by Satan, God activated the long dormant gene and Eli will find himself among the few people with the ability to defend humanity.
But as Eli and the other Nephilim are also part of the Serpent’s game, and the experience, levels, and gear they gain will enable them to not only protect humanity during the Long Night, but, perhaps, to win Satan’s game and topple the Father of Lies once and for all time.
