The Rings of Jupiter – Book 1 by O.C. Saar
Requirements: .ePUB reader, 3.1 mb
Overview: A once-legendary gunslinger mired in alcohol and grief. His malfunctioning sentient AI companion who lives in his oven. An orphaned kid with uncontrollable powers. And a heist against cybernetic priests that will open a Pandora’s Box of mysteries.
Raziel, once a legendary Gunslinger of the Outer Ring known as the Rust Reaver, is now a drunken husk of the man he used to be. When his sentient AI companion develops a fatal error, he can’t let it go, because HOB was programmed by his late little brother. He shakes off the haze and embarks on a suicide mission to get the money needed to repair his only friend.
The heist goes wrong in spectacular fashion, and Raziel winds up with an experimental gem lodged in his chest. All three Rings of Jupiter would kill for the power in his possession – literally. He now has the ability to ‘level up’ his abilities and absorb the powers of others. This new power makes Raziel formidable but also paints a target on his back.
The Rings of Jupiter once took everything from him, but now? Now he has the power to make things right.
And get revenge against the person who killed his brother.
